Counterpart Travels is part of the aid organisation SYPO, which starts and supports entrepreneurial development projects in Uganda. Counterpart Travels is started to find relevant and interesting positions for people looking for volunteer work in Uganda. Our long experience and vast network in Uganda enables us to find you a position that matches your specific interests and experience. Counterpart Travels aims to find these positions at the lowest possible costs to the volunteer. We place volunteers of all ages, from gap year students to people with a long employment history.
Apart from the most interesting positions, we also offer perfect guidance; with information that helps you prepare for your travels and practical assistance in Uganda. You can choose to be picked up from the airport, and can sleep in the guesthouse we started in Mukono, where you can share your experiences with other volunteers.
